Our proven solutions for complex issues
We specialize in tackling intense hydrostatic pressure, a common problem where water pushes upward through basement floors and walls, leading to failed sump pumps and cracked foundations. Our high-quality solution involves a comprehensive interior and exterior drainage system. This includes excavating the exterior to apply a thick, elastomeric membrane and dimple board, coupled with cutting the interior slab to install a heavy-duty, dual-pump sump system with battery backups. The result is a bone-dry, livable basement space. For older homes with deteriorating stone and brick foundations, we excavate the entire perimeter down to the footings, apply a multi-layer rubberized waterproofing membrane, install new footer drains, and backfill with clean gravel, ensuring structural integrity for the next 50 to 100 years.
